Online Training
Buffalo Triathlon recommends all participants
follow a training plan in order to maximize fitness gains during their
training and help ensure a positive race experience. With a wealth of
information out there, many are confused regarding what plan to follow
for this race. Buffalo Triathlon has teamed up with Active Trainer to
offer online training specific to Buffalo Triathlon. Customized for
your beginning fitness level and race distance, these plans will email
your workouts to you daily and help keep you on track for a great race!
Included are many valuable tools, ranging from various training calculators
to race maps. You may preview these plans here.
